We Live to Glorify God in All We Do

In the year 2000, our Founders, Jim and Marti Souza embarked on their journey as husband and wife. Marti had been involved in ministry since 1996, while Jim owned his own business. In their early friendship they were part of many trainings and gatherings about Revival. These foundational experiences with God’s power and healing marked them in their passion to contend with God for a move in the Bay Area with that same supernatural power. As Jim and Marti came together in marriage, it became clear that God was forming a powerful partnership for ministry.

From 2000 to 2010, God began to train them as a couple through traveling, ministering and becoming associate pastors in a local church. During this 10-year time period, God had given Jim and Marti several encounters and prophetic words about starting a church. Voice of Triumph Church was finally birthed in 2010 and began with Saturday night services for the first 4 years. These first years were a foundational time period of God confirming His word. God’s presence began to fall and the supernatural began to break out. After the first 4 years, God began to speak to Voice of Triumph’s leaders about moving into a new building and beginning Sunday morning services. In 2014, God finally opened up the door to our current facility.
